How to order

Shopping for your wedding decoration and bouquet is fast and easy with Florist.sg. Simply browse for your wedding decor needs and submit your order enquiry to info@florist.sg.

Once we receive your order enquiry our sales and logistics teams will review if we are still available to fulfil your order on your wedding day and time, and will get back to you by either phone or email within 3 working days.

You will only need to make payment after we have confirmed our availability and verified your order details over the phone. We require full payment for wedding bouquet orders and 50% upfront non-refundable deposit payment for wedding decoration package orders.

Note: due to the large number of orders especially on popular dates, priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order Lead Time

We require a lead time of at least 2 weeks (or 14 days) to prepare for all wedding bouquet and wedding decoration orders.

Refundable Security Deposit

For wedding decoration package orders, our company policy requires us to collect a fully refundable security deposit on top of your 50% deposit amount. The security deposit amount, less deductions for loss and damages (if any), will be refunded to you by means of cash or cheque when we collect back the loan items from your wedding venue.

Applicable Surcharges

Surcharges apply for rush orders, off-island and restricted locations, and delivery on special dates.

Rush order surcharge

We require a lead time of at least 2 weeks (or 14 days) to prepare for all orders. This is because unlike mainstream florists, we do not stock ready flowers for daily use. If your wedding date is less than 14 days away, we may still be able to fulfill your order subjected to availability of manpower and resources.

8 – 14 days 15% of order amount
3 – 7 days 30% of order amount

Off-hours surcharge

Our standard delivery and collection time is from 9:00am to 9:00pm daily. If you require us to deliver or collect at a time slot that falls out of our standard time range, there will be a surcharge of up to SGD 80.00.

6:30am – 9:00am SGD 30.00
9:00pm – 12:00am SGD 30.00
12:00am – 6.30am SGD 80.00

Off-island and restricted location surcharge

There will be an additional delivery charge of SGD 20.00 or more for delivery to off-island locations such as Sentosa, restricted locations that require security clearance, and less accessible areas such as but not limited to Tuas and Lim Chu Kang.

Special date surcharge

On special dates such as 11 November 2011, 20 November 2011, 14 February 2011, etc. there will be a surcharge of 30% of order amount due to the increase in fresh flowers, manpower and other related costs.

Loss & Damages

In the event that items on loan are lost or damaged, you may be liable for the full stated value of the items.

Payment methods

We accept 3 different payment methods for your convenience. You can choose to transfer via ATM or Internet banking, send us a cheque, or pay using your PayPal account balance or credit / debit card (handling fees apply).

Bank Transfer (ATM / Internet Banking)

You can easily transfer to us your order amount from any convenient DBS / POSB ATM located islandwide. If you have access to Internet banking, the transfer can even be done from the comfort of your home. Please refer to our DBS banking account details below to perform the transfer:

We also accept inter bank transfers i.e if you are transferring from UOB, OCBC, Citibank etc. Your order will be confirmed as soon as we receive the funds in our DBS banking account.

Note: inter bank transfers may take up to 7 working days to reach us.

Cheque

If you’d prefer to send us a cheque, kindly note the following:

  1. Your wedding date must be later than 21 days from the day you send us the cheque
  2. Cheque must be crossed
  3. Payment should be made in favour of: Florist.sg LLP
  4. Please indicate your invoice number on the reverse side of the cheque
  5. Please mail the cheque to our Warehouse & Operations Office at the following address:Florist.sg LLP

Your order will be confirmed as soon as the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

PayPal and Credit / Debit Card

We are happy to accept all PayPal and credit / debit card (Visa and MasterCard) payments via PayPal.com. You can choose to pay us with your PayPal account balance (SGD) or pay using your credit / debit card without a PayPal account.

Please note that a handling fee of 4% of the total payment amount (including refundable deposit) applies to all PayPal and credit / debit card payments. 

Other Payment Methods

Unfortunately we are unable to accept other payment methods at this moment.
